Frozen Sea

Buried deep in black seas,
I lie trapped and encaged.
No one hears me crying here.
I can't breach the ice.
Dragged down by the weight of my doubts,
I am drowning in these waves of regrets
I can find no solace, but solitude,
sourrounded by darkness.
Suffering endless pain
in this stone cold heart.
Give me strength to break the chains of desperation
and I'll sever from this burden
that I've been carrying far too long
and wrecked myself.
We all swim alone.
We all sink alone.
In this life we live,
this so called life we live.
A life built on lies
is this life we live.
