Compassion
by COMMON CAUSE· from S/T
I can see the greed in your eyes
Hurting other people just to better your life
Inhumane, ignorant and cold
Empathy - just a hollow word
Where's the compassion - why can't you see?
Where's the compassion - you're driven by greed
It's getting out of hand
You're taking more than you need
Equality and rights, just empty words it seems
Your hunger for power, it makes you obsessed
Overlooking everyone, just for a taste of 'success'
Where's the compassion - why can't you see?
Where's the compassion - you're driven by greed
