The Perfect Answer
by Countdown· from Between The Lines
Let’s try to put this past me.
I guess I’ll learn from my mistakes. 20 years and I’m still waiting, waiting for the perfect time.
Is this what I’ve been hoping for or is there more to come? I don’t feel that I’m getting older and I don’t feel a tad bit smarted. Maybe, this is who I am? Days turn into months, as those months turn to years and yesterday is replayed again.
Waiting for the perfect answer… maybe I need to try harder.
All I know is I’m not getting older, 20 years young and I’ve never felt better.
