All our live we're told how to act and what to say Living the same monogamous life every single day Selecting their options with no real choices of out own Chasing our future that will never be fullfilled This is not my future This is not our future Wasting away With you supposed solutions Wasting our time In your classified positions Wasting away Chasing lifestyle obsessions Our life's worth much more Breaking our backs for just a morsel of your goal We can't tolerate this degradation of out ability Stuck in a cube or taking orders from a jerk This is not my future, my future is what I make it to be Forget the future, look where we're headed An ongoing demise with no sign of improvement I refuse to be a government project With your acclaimed solutions never intended to work So many people submit there fate Accepting there place and slave to be equal or average Our thinking has been altered by the media and our surroundings A tragic deviation by corrupted authority We've got to stop this, this is not our future We weren't meant to be somebody's work-horse I will not allow them to make me part of there picture Cause there futures bleak and out future is our own We won't stop to our last breath Fighting will our bitter death!
