Today We Will Not Be Invisible Nor Silent LP. by Groundwork
A simple chance, a chance to change something I see as wrong is it possible for what's gone unchallenged far too long I ask myself do I have the right can I really even understand do I dare to try to even out our levels all the while I'm labeled a "man" I've been given privilege an unsolicited gift of power, standard and tradition a simple chance a chance to learn to hear what time has pacified I beg the chance to communicate and cut the tape that stands to divide I am ignorant unexperienced and left to play the roles that feed your fears but I've torn away my blinders to invite education from your toil and tears I can imagine the pain, paint the picture and impose my simple view but is there true sorrow in this untouched heart can I really claim to know like you question me.
