You're ruled by fear
By stupid pride
Conform to your friends
OPEN UP YOUR MIND
No faith in humanity
Too wrapped up
In your hard stance
You're not so pure
You just don't give a damn
Get down on minorities
It makes you feel smart
OPEN UP, YOU NEED
A PUSH TO START
Gays don't fit
Your picture of life
Easy to deny them
The right to live, but
WE WON'T HIDE
Conform to your friends
Hide for your real self
You don't feel guilty
But does it feel good
To live with a closed mind
Open up, you need a
Push to start
Show your true feelings
Show your heart
You gotta have a
PUSH TO START
Open up your mind
OPEN UP
