The Clown Behind Your Back

A clown that amuses people is hiding behind this mask It’s another face that misleads us The face that brings us the wrong path, the path of lies, the path of confusion Don’t turn your back on him or he’ll stab you with a knife It’s hard to dismantle him Because he is hiding behind your back A clown that wants his fame That destroys everything that gets in the way Behind the mask is a bitter man That swims in jealousy It’s easy to price yourself if someone else did all the work Someone else did all the work Always look behind your back Never forget to watch your steps
